Wow! This is exactly what I needed. I was bawling my eyes out at I listened to this podcast. The overwhelming feeling that I had passed over replaced by a wave of relief. I was feeling guilty about feeling overwhelmed even.. The podcast was a good reminder to accept the feelings and let it pass.
